What happens if we don't use all our monthly word allocation?+
Unused words roll over to next month, up to 50% of plan limit (20,000-word plan banks 10,000 max). Rollover expires after 60 days. If you consistently under-use, we'll recommend a smaller plan—we'd rather have a happy long-term client than overcharge.
Do you handle keyword research, or do we need to provide keywords?+
We offer keyword research as an add-on ($150/mo for 20 keywords). We use Ahrefs and Semrush to find low-competition targets, deliver a spreadsheet with volume, difficulty, angles. Already have keywords? List them in the brief—we'll optimize around them.
